Beautiful

Alison and Wes had an incredible wedding this weekend...I want the weddings I shoot to be in cool unique places with beautiful and passionate couples and yesterday I really felt like I got it all. Other than a few mesquito bites I wouldn't change a thing about this wedding.

Jason Groupp is an incredible photographer from NY and he helped me shoot which was awesome because he gets killer shots and is super fun to hang with. If you ever have a chance to see how he shoots be sure to take advantage of it! Also, I think another reason I enjoyed this wedding so much is because of this new feature that the Mark 3 has which allows me to not think at all and just focus on getting the shots. Jason will confirm how awesome this feature is and get on my newsletter today if you want to get a free video of me talking about it.

Really beautiful..
My favorite shots--
the first one when she had put her veil on-- really artsy. Love it.
And all the sunset ones.. what an awesome backdrop to shoot with!

Ginger - You're not kidding! That backdrop was amazing! Other than the GIANT mosquitoes, it was fabulous!

Well, sitting here in suspense to see what else you got and why the Mk3 is the magic box. Beautiful shot!! Love that background!

You guys are the best! I really have to say it was the couple that provided all the magic. Yes the Mark 3 was fantastic and Jason got many of those rockin shots but all in all the couple really made that wedding such a dream for everyone.

Hi DJ,

It was so, so nice to spend time with you in Maine today- both lunch AND dinner! Lucky us! I'm tickled you've enjoyed your time in Maine and hope you will come back. Next time, we insist you stay with us. :)

hugs,

The results are great. Beautiful stuff again DJ. How'd the Mk3 perform with the autofocus comments out there floating around? Curious to hear a real-world review. :)

oh man... I'm from Minnesota.. I understand mosquitoes.. and I loathe them! So congrats on getting sweet outdoor shots with those pesky little critters! Sometimes they can be SO overwhelming here.

Beautiful work. Where did you place your order to get such a great sky in the background, or do you just bring it with you from the West cost? Looking forward to hearing more about that M3.

The MIII is a magic box, but DJ does have something to do with it! :)

Sarah - you MUST get up to Maine someday! It is the top of the world!

DJ - thanks again for having me!
