Talked Out!

Late last night I flew in from Seattle and had to get right back to work and I spent over 200 minutes talking today and that is a lot of talking for me. I did 2 webinars for Pictage giving my "Creating Freedom" presentation to people in several different countries and it was a lot of fun but totally crazy because everyone was muted except for me and so I couldn't see or hear anybody which is kind of spooky b/c you don't know how the audience is connecting with the message.

The 1:00 had a few glitches b/c everytime someone would come into the conference it would beep twice in my ear so it was kind of hard to focus and I felt a bit distracted but the second one we got it sorted out and it went really well. :)

I think next month we're going to do a live Q&A which would be fun too. It's really cool that Pictage pays for these things...they don't pay me...but it costs thousands of dollars to put these things and it shows that they're really working hard to make this industry better.

Also, I checkout Ron Storer's blog - he's a great Seattle photographer and got some cool shots from the dinner the other night!

So that's what the beeping was! I thought it was my phone playing up.

Also, I think I get the booby prize. It took me 10mins to figure out that I had to phone in. Doh!!!

Really enjoyed the presentation DJ - thanks so much.

Looking forward to the RAW tips in your next newsletter.

DJ,

Thank you so much for your "Creating Freedom" seminar. I learned so much throughout the whole hour that as soon as it was finished, I started implementing what I needed to do for my next wedding. You gave a great presentation, I learned so much, loved the photos, and you made me laugh. I can't wait to get your newsletter on the raw tips. Thanks again for the seminar!

Hey DJ thanks for everything in Seattle. When we had the second picture taken I thought it was a hoot with the Pictage poster behind us. Reminds me of going to the fair when you stick your head through those holes in wall and they take your picture. Anyway it's great to be in such great company with you and Dane.

You know... you have a heart that is equal to your talent.

Great job DJ! Love the advice about the slideshows getting better as the night goes on...you would think I would have known that (having bartended for many weddings in a previous life, that is, when I was single...he-he-he). I bow to your brilliance! ;)

Thank you so much for doing the seminar yesterday, I did spend several hours and 20 dollars in coffee but I finally try to focus on what is my final goal on way I do what I do, and this is just a part of my post Dj webinar. I did enroll to Pictage, and I also clean my car! I know I'm so proud of me!! I know that is a work in progress but finally I know I'm in the right directions. One more time Thank you!

P.S. I wold like to give my input on a topic that I did found around : What kind of business type you should open for photographer protection...When I start my business I enroll for a partnership and a lot of my colleagues told me that in case of lawsuit somebody can touch my asset...what you suggest??

Blessings
