Is there space in your life?
... or do you fill every second with a distraction.
How much silence does it take before you reach for your iPhone to see if you have any messages, or posts on Facebook, or until you send another meaningless twitter text to someone who doesn't need another distraction in their life?
Why do we do this? In our overly urgent "asap" world why can't we enjoy even a fraction of silence? Why can't we be still?
What's the hurry?
Are we afraid of missing out on something?
Maybe we're missing out on something more important by hurrying?

I think there should be a "class" on this, and for this "class," we should all take a trip to Capri, Italy and learn from them. No one seemed to be in a hurry there. It was wonderful.
I think it's difficult in our US culture NOT to make ourselves busy. My dad is always frustrated at work because people don't understand why he doesn't answer their emails the second he receives them--even when he's at a meeting or something.
If we don't have a busy life, it almost gives people the impression that we are lazy-- which simply isn't true.
It's kind of funny. I've been studying this out a lot lately because I was in this boat for a long time.
Maybe it's a fear of stillness. When you aren't mentally or physically occupied you're only left with you, and that can be scary if you don't know that person (you) very well.
As a side note, Eckhart Tolle talks a lot about this in his "The Power of Now".
Dude I think you need to follow some Thai chi courses and a visit to asia it will be the perfect combination trust me, specially if you keep on waking every morning that early and practice some meditation and Thai chi this will be amazing
