I hope my friends didn't read this!
I don't know if my friends saw this before they nodded off for the big race and I'm certainly not going to tell them because Amy would freak but can you believe that the day before the big Triathalon there was a gnarly shark sighting! LOL ...wow!
I'm gonna go chear them on at 7am tomorrow morning and the first thing is the swim so I'm gonna keep my eyes peeled because this shark was spotted just a few miles from where they're swimming!
Amy has been so scared of this and I'm thinking they're all sleeping because they have to be there at 5am but how hilarious - I had to post it.
...and when I read this I decided to search around some more and found some sweet pictures of sharks.

LOL! Amy is going to freak when she reads this. Hopefully her morning ritual doesn't involve checking your blog before a triathlon.
I remember her freaking out last time we went kayaking in the ocean. She jumped like a fish directly out of the water back into her kayak. I've never seen anything like it!
I think you should marry that shark. But...keep it away from Amy Nave, please.
You should bring your New Telescope to the beach tomorrow when you cheer them on. You can be the official "Shark Spotter".
why bother leaving home. can't you just spot it from your living room using your telescope? :)
That's crazy! You know Shark Week was just on the Discovery Channel a few weeks ago, I was glued to the tv for a solid week. I'm such a geek!
I can't believe you told me about this minutes before I entered the water. You're such a dork. Actually I have a better name for you but small children may be reading this thread:)
So, what would you have done it a shark grabbed me?
Everyone always gushes about how sweet and sensitive DJ is...but I think you're really just a little devil in a big softy-man's body!
If Amy had a panic attack in the water I would have never forgiven you- you big meany!
that's so mean! you better watch out-I heard you're doing the Carp Tri. that's in the big boy water, you know:)
