Fun Day

Today was so fun. I pretty much did no work and it was awesome. My friend Deyl came over and woke me up b/c we were supposed to meet for breakfast but I slept in and then we went to Costco and got all sorts of cool stuff to deck out the apartment with because Jessica Claire and Keats Elliott came to stay there tonight and it was really fun getting it ready for them.

I bought new sheets that are 100% Pima cotton and 540 thread count which is really good. I learned that you really don't want to go above 600 b/c then it's not a true thread count. I also left little chocolates on their pillows. :D

Anyway, then on the way home from Costco we looked up on Deyl's iPhone and found a place in Santa Barbara that sells Poker tables and I bought one because everyone was coming over for Poker tonight. Chris and Katie Humphreys, Tim and Cheryl Halberg, Forest and Raya Carlisle, Jessica Claire, Keats Elliott, Brett Austin, Ricky Mia, Amy Nave, and Gary Fong all swung by and we played cards and then went in the hot tub.

Tomorrow is a big day because I hired a consultant to help me get a better direction for all my business ventures. I'm not a big fan of structure and planning and all that but as everything gets bigger I think it's important to focus on the projects that will help me accomplish my goals and stop spending time in areas of my biz life that are only causing me to continue "carrying buckets"

That is soooo cool that all your closest friends have websites and blogs. I think the consultant is a great idea. Will you share on Get-Free?

ha ha - watch out for the chocolates on pillows it can backfire. We put little chocolates on all our roommates' pillows one time and one of them got home so tired and a little drunk that he did not notice and fell asleep in it.... the chocolate melted and made a mess and gave him quite a scare when he looked in the mirror in the morning.

Heard from CC that he is going to be working with you on the business ventures. That's great. I know you'll continue to be successful at everything you do.
