Hilarious!!! Mere and I were sitting here with the baby when all of a sudden, your voice started blurting out full volume from the computer in the other room! I had your blog up this morning and never closed it and your U-Stream started up. You should have seen our faces! :-)

Dang, I came in at the tail end of it! What I saw was awesome though. Definitely send out emails letting people know next time as I think people would love to see it, DJ.

Only got to catch the first 15 minutes or so! Disappointed I couldn't stay for more!
Will we be able to catch this again like a replay?

Thank you! This is perfect timing. Earlier this week, I heard of a student at my school whose parents lost her entire college fund in the stock market and she may have to leave. I am a financial aid/loan officer by day and banks are pulling out left and right. These are trying times, but like you mentioned, we have been through far worse, and made a come back. Looking forward to the next "episode"!

DJ This is an excellent message! Just this morning I received my daily e-mail from Winner's Minute by Mac Hammond and it talks about Perseverance. So... I decided to share it with you below... enjoy! :)

Skills of Outstanding Leaders
Perseverance & Persistence
by Mac Hammond

Perseverance is all too rare a commodity these days. Theodore Giesel's first children's book was rejected by twenty-three publishers. The 24th publisher sold six million copies. Years later, "Dr. Suess" died knowing his perseverance resulted in entertaining and educating millions of children.

The value of perseverance is highlighted in many places in the Bible. For example, Galatians 6:9 says, "And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not." Persistence is a vital quality for leaders today.

My question for you is, "Are you being tempted to quit where you need to persevere?"
