You can read the story on Melissa Jill's blog. Seriously...it was so funny to see all the men (I don't include myself in that statement) spend the afternoon thinking of ways to get the silly filter off the lens.
My advice was to send it to CPS and have them figure it out. Some help I was!

hehe... I've done this a few times. It's interesting the different ways people will go about removing a filter.
