Biltmore Service and the Tea Fire
Hey everyone!
Just a quick video to let you know that I'm alive and kickin. My rocking insurance agent Josh Stichter put me up at the 4 Season until the evacuation is lifted and that has been really nice. This place is a dream and the service is unreal. Gary and Missy Fong always stays here whenever he comes to SB and raves about it and now I know why. It's great to watch and listen to the staff.
I'm excited to see wedding photographers revamp their service. I really believe that will be the key factor to succeeding through the upcoming years - service service service.
Apparently four houses on my culdesac burned! :( I don't know how that could be or what that means but according to this report that is the stat. Five more burned on the street leading up to my house and dozens upon dozens burned on the street going down the hill behind my house.

I've been thinking about you and praying for everyone up there!
So happy you guys are okay. Stay safe! ~Cindy
Hey DJ, glad you and your home are OK, you have one hell of an insurance guy! Stay safe. I've covered enough house fires in my career to know the damage first hand. Take Care and keep us posted.

The Lord give and takes away.. I'm praying for those who are suffering from their losses, and thankful he chose to spare your home! It's so crazy the things that are going on in the world.. today Nov. 16th 2 years ago exactly we got hit with flash flooding and are now back up in our feet finally.. down in NC we saw on the news some towns that were hit by freakish twisters.. and now you guys in CA.. YIKES!
Lets keep our hearts turned towards GOD.
HE is still sooo GOOD!
That's great lighting in the room...did you notice the halo around your head? =)
You need to rest man...
Hey DJ,
I'm glad you're alright.
Small world... Megan & Josh's was the first wedding I ever shot, I was 2nd for Chris Humphreys. Great guys!
Hang in there DJ! My prayers are with you. Get some rest and stay safe and have faith!
Praise God, indeed. Praying for the families who lost.
DJ, I am so happy to hear that your home is ok...and more importantly you and everyone in your area!
Drink fire retardant, wear it as deodorant and have lots of water nearby. Swimming pools are great for fire fighting, assuming you have power to run the pump . . . which I don't think your fire system has (alternative power). Might want to think that thru. God is good. Love, Dad
That is unbelievable! I am so glad for you and pray for the families that have lost there homes
About three years ago, we had a tornado come down our street. When we got home, our neighborhood was a mess. Tree's were down, trash was everywhere. Our neighbor had a tree fall right down the middle of there house. Our house didn't have a scratch on it. Our trash can was even still standing! My father in-law ( who is a minster) went to church and prayed for us when he heard we were expecting bad weather. I truly believe his preys were answered. I joke now and tell people it looked like God use Glad press and seal around our house like the commercials. LOL
DUDE!?!?!
That is soo awesome how God protected your crib!
He also gave you a rockin' halo (on the ceiling) on your video! (although it doesn't move when you move your head!) ;)
