I'm not sure why you are even dealing with this. Why isn't your legal counsel dealing with it instead. Your lawyers here in the US and your legal representation in Canada should be taking care of this for you!
You are friends with Gary Fong. He has had to deal with a lot of this stuff so talk to him. Lawyer up and sue their asses. I'm not usually a big fan of the legal route but this is clearly a time to sue rather than just appeal to the hearts and minds of these people.
How sad! My only comment is to his reference of your "sales Pitch" I've been to your show and YES, you did tell us about your products which were more informative then a "sales pitch" and things I did not know, I'm glad you did!
I've been to shows where people "push" their agenda and this was not the case.
I just find this all so sad and very unprofessional on their part.

One quick way to get the video down is to contact the provider and explain you did not give your permission for that.
I don't know if you signed an agreement with the duo, if so, I would see if it stipulated anything about taping the event, and how it should be handled afterwards.
Suing someone in Canada, unfortunately, does not go through the same process as in the US where anyone can sue anyone for large sums of money. Usually, cases are accepted or rejected on its own merit, and may never get to trial.
We do have a system of "Small claims court", but that is limited to an amount below $10k, and you can lose a lot of time traveling to court to make your point.
The best is to get the clip off the site, if not, get a canadian lawyer.

I've sent a message to Vandermode directly from the site, politely asking him to remove the clip. I've also left a message on the Craft your success Facebook forum. However, I know that a lot of messages have been censored in the past under the excuse of that "being a positive site".
Some people are still waiting for an answer about getting their money back. The official excuse from the two, is that they are waiting for legal counsel on whether to pay people back or not. I don't know. How long could that take? Even if it was written on the bill that there were no reimbursements or that they could change speakers at a moment's notice, just for the sake of customer allegiance, I would have reimbursed those who felt they were mislead, and did not attend.
If after a couple of days, the clip is still on, and no answer from Vandermode, I'll look into giving you some links to attorneys who could help you with this.
Being that I paid for a seminar in Ottawa and it was cancelled but no refund was given it would be nice to see this video DJ. But I have an idea how about you send me a free DVD copy of your tour which I'm sure was pretty much the same content. I've only heard snippets of what's going on, but this guy sounds like a serious prick. Who are these people and why are they out to screw with you? I hope everything works out, let us know what happens.
It was in poor taste of this Andre to post the video, but why is everyone assuming that this was Davide Greene and Michael Anderson? They are both professionals, and I know Greene fairly well. He would most definitely not do something like this. This video is not their fault.

When I went to the "Toronto" Seminar the first thing I noticed was the camera set up in the corner. Being the clever businessman you are (and I think you are), why wouldn't you ask them to put the video camera away or make sure no body was behind it. I would think that would be in your best interest.
I choose not to watch it because I don't like any bootlegged stuff.
