Beautiful and super fun wedding!

Here is the Showit slideshow from this past weekend! It's a collection of work from me, Jessica Claire , Kristen Leigh and Josh Newton! It was so fun and the wedding was just gorgeous so be sure to check it out!

You can also check it out on my facebook page and you can see how easy it is for my clients to go ahead and add it in their facebook pages as well!

...and you can see it in all its glory by clicking here! and the best thing about all of this is that Showit Web did all the work. I only had to create one show in minutes and now it can be shown in tons of places!

What a beautiful and gentle feel. I've photographed at Firestone before and the location is beautiful. DJ, you and your team captured the soul of Brittany and Rodney. Now they will be able to cherish this day for the rest of their lives and share it with their families and their children's children.
continued bliss, marc

P.S. Great article in the February Rangefinder!

P.S.S. DJ, can't thank you enough for the talk you gave at Pictage's Partner Con the end of last year in Los Angeles. Truly, you've revolutionized my entire business workflow and thought process. For so long my "I can do it better" attitude worked. And while that may be true, it's an old business model that simply doesn't work for me anymore. Because, I've reached maximum overload and just don't have the bandwidth to do everything any more.

At your suggestion I thought long and hard about outsourcing. Your concept of "Hands Free" marketing and workflow was new to me. But i've taken to it like a duck takes to water. Yes there have been some speed bumps along the way, but the notion and concept of being Hands Free has also given my studio a new found sense of freedom! Now, one of my mantras is...What can i outsource? And, who can i out source to? There are some truly talented people out there that can save my studio time and money and make me look like a rock star! So, starting this year in 2008, my studio is no longer doing any album design. We are out sourcing it "to our talented team of designers." The groovy thing is just by accident i found the perfect album designer, who's work looks just like i would have done it. Such a simple and powerful concept will translate into 100's of saved hours and tens of thousands of dollars of increased revenue and relation-networking possibilities, instead of face time with a computer (my other mistress LOL!!). This is only one of several ideas i gleaned from your sharing about Hand Free marketing and work flow at L.A.'s Partner Con. Now each time i think about a new business project, i think, that's great but....how can we outsource that idea? So i can offer a big warm THANK YOU DJ. Thank you for playing big, and sharing,
marc-

I so need to take the time to learn it -- it's on my goal list this year.

Great Photos. Enjoyed Looking at Your Photos. I have a question. Since you had three additional photographers and I assumed that there were videographers as well. How did the bride and groom felt with all of these photographers and videographers at their wedding. I was curious. :-)

My friend, who attended this last weekend's wedding at Firestone, steered me your way since I have been doing more weddings lately. I must say that I am more than IMPRESSED. You and your Team INSPIRE me and are now my new source of information and ideas on how to be more successful.

Very nice photography, as per usual. Your Team is AWESOME.

Best,
